Jose Gurdian, Founder

José Gurdián is a bilingual immigration professional and the founder of Gurdian Immigration Solutions Inc., a Red Deer, Alberta Canada based firm dedicated to guiding individuals and families through Canada's immigration system with clarity, integrity, and care.

José brings 30 years of leadership experience helping and guiding people through difficult circumstances toward real solutions. For roughly two decades, his work in immigration grew out of a deep commitment to his community, walking alongside newcomers as they navigated complex and often overwhelming immigration processes. Having faced many of these same challenges firsthand, he understands what it means to search for a way forward in a new country.

That experience moved him to pursue formal training in the field, earning a diploma in immigration and building a strong foundation of practical knowledge and expertise. With this preparation, he founded Gurdian Immigration Solutions Inc. alongside his son, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, under whose license the firm operates. Together they share a clear purpose: to give others the kind of knowledgeable, trustworthy guidance that makes a genuine difference in their journey to Canada.

A lifelong servant leader, José is deeply rooted in his community and has long been committed to supporting and uplifting the families around him. He works in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele and to connect meaningfully with those who place their trust in the firm.
