Effective Date: February 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Gurdian Immigration Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") at gurdianimmigration.com, as well as the immigration consulting services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Gurdian Immigration Solutions is a privately operated immigration consulting firm based in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Canada or any of its departments or agencies.

Our consultants are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and are bound by the CICC Code of Professional Conduct (SOR/2022-128). You may verify our credentials at the CICC Public Register.

2. Services

We provide immigration consulting services including, but not limited to: permanent residency applications, work permits, study permits, visitor visas, citizenship applications, refugee claims, inadmissibility matters, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), and general consulting and document review.

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or immigration advice. A professional consulting relationship is only established through a signed service agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Gurdian Immigration Solutions does not guarantee the outcome of any immigration application, expression of interest, or proceeding. Immigration decisions are made at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority, including but not limited to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), and provincial nominee programs.

No representative of Gurdian Immigration Solutions has the authority to guarantee or promise a specific immigration outcome. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Our role is to provide professional advice and representation based on our assessment of your situation and applicable immigration law and policy.

This disclosure is made in compliance with the CICC Code of Professional Conduct, which prohibits licensees from guaranteeing the success of any application.

  • Any required initial payment has been received

Our immigration consulting services are distinct from legal advice. We are regulated immigration consultants, not lawyers, unless otherwise specified.
