Immigration law is complex, but your experience with us shouldn't be.

Esteban Gurdian is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R1036674) and co-founder of Gurdian Immigration Solutions in Red Deer, Alberta. He guides individuals and families through the full range of Canadian immigration matters, including refugee claims, humanitarian and compassionate applications, Express Entry and permanent residency, work and study permits, family sponsorship, citizenship, and inadmissibility issues, managing every file with precision from first consultation to landing.
Esteban holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen's University and is fully licensed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. His immigration career began before he founded the firm: from 2022 to 2024 he worked as an immigration case manager at VISACANA Immigration Firm, handling complex immigration applications across Canada. There he developed the case-management discipline and client-first instinct that define his practice today.
That discipline was built on an earlier decade as a licensed social worker. With a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary, Esteban has worked in the private and public sector (Government of Alberta) managing some of the most demanding cases in the province, advocating for vulnerable children, supporting patients through psychiatric and addiction recovery, and helping families of children with complex disabilities secure the resources they needed. That work demanded empathy, meticulous documentation, and the persistence to navigate complicated systems on someone else's behalf, the same skills every immigration case requires.
Clients consistently describe his approach as clear, patient, and genuinely caring; he treats every file as if the family were his own. Having immigrated to Canada himself from Costa Rica, Esteban knows firsthand how overwhelming the process can feel. He works with clients across Canada and beyond, in person or virtually, in both English and Spanish, guiding them from their first consultation all the way home.
